The procurement consultancy based in Elsfleth is responding to the constantly changing procurement market and the resulting challenges with digital solutions. The focus is always on optimizing purchasing processes, which are adapted to the respective customer requirements.
We are currently looking for a Junior Buyer/Procurement Specialist to support us in our daily tasks and new projects.
The tasks:
- Collaboration with the team on exciting purchasing projects and further development of your own skills and competencies
- Assisting activities for our purchasing consultants
- Supporting the implementation and negotiation of all procurement activities
- Developing new strategies to achieve purchasing targets
- Further development and implementation of new processes
- Communication between the project managers and our team
- Maintenance of the supplier portfolio and supplier management
What you bring with you:
- A degree in business administration or commercial training
- initial experience in purchasing
- Good understanding of numbers and quick comprehension
- Knowledge of Excel
- Interest in working with customers and exciting insights into the industry
- Initial experience in SAP desirable
- Reliable, structured and organized way of working
- Fluent in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
